Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Between 21 years to 42 yers (as on 01.01.2026). Age relaxation for ST / SC / SEBC / Women / Ex-Servicemen by 5 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Store Keeper: Graduation from a recognized university/institution, along with basic computer knowledge.
- Junior Stenographer: A graduation degree and a Certificate in Stenography from a recognized institution. 40 w.p.m. in English typing and 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand, along with basic computer knowledge.
- Junior Assistant: Graduation, along with basic computer knowledge.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
Stage I – Written Test (200 Marks, 2 Hours)
The written exam carries 100 multiple-choice questions, and for each correct answer get +2 marks. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Stage II – Skill Test (50 Marks each)
- Computer Skill Test (For all posts) — 50 Marks, 1 hour duration.
- Stenography Test (Only for Junior Stenographer post) — 50 Marks.
From both these tests, the qualifying marks is 50% of Total marks, i.e., 25 marks.
Stage III — Certificate Verification
Those candidates who qualify both the Written Test and Skill Test shall be required to produce their original certificates, mark sheets, and NOC (if any) for verification.
